Leave the M65 at junction 4 and follow the A666 to Blackburn for about a quarter of a mile. Opposite the Golden Cup pub turn right into Sandy Lane. Follow the road for approximately 500 yds at the top of the brow of a steep hill and turn left into gravel side street. This right turn is opposite some houses on the right - if there are none you have gone too far!
